The room was small. Bath room was dirty. The breakfast was not enough. I booked two separate bed for my son & me. They offered me one small double bed room. My son leaved hotel. The staff were rude. Definitely won't recommend.

The room was dirty and small. The breakfast was small, and lack of diversity. you could not even choose between tea and coffee. waste of total money and time. They do not change the towels and bedsheets, you have to remind them all the time. The staffs are not professional, impolite and the list of bad things is endless.

The hotel with very good location(very close to isteklal street - bus station and metro station , clean and safe rooms and with very friendly & nice peoples whom working there . Also they help you in anyway they can . They have very simple breakfast but they serve Free black coffee , tea or Turkish coffee in lobby in anytime . Internet connection is very good. You can try this place without any regrets!

Terrible service. Definitely won't recommend. We stayed there for 5 nights, they changed our room without noticing us and even moved our stuff. When asked, surprisingly, gave the old room to us to check if everything is moved, and new guests stuff were already there!!!!! One of rooms didn't have fridge, and telephone! Both didn't have locker!!! We opened the window and found out it's broken and doesn't close!! Only a single outlet in a room!! and next to one of 2 beds!! Poor breakfast as well. Could easily hear next rooms at night. Only perk was a somewhat good location, and clean toiled IMO.

Organization: After a tedious flight, rooms were not ready upon arrival and thus wasted valuable time considering the duration of the trip. No warm welcome or refreshments offered. Rooms: Apart from being nothing like the pictures, rooms were unfortunately not clean and also not cleaned on a daily basis even after asking reception multiple times. No bathroom amenities (Shampoo, shower gel) were provided like other hotels in this category. Staff: unfriendly, unhelpful and downright uninterested in making our stay memorable or assisting with anything despite the number of inconveniences experienced during our stay. Once everything was paid for at the front desk, they pay no more attention to you as a guest. Only positive about this hotel is its location, as it's in close proximity to a plethora of shopping, restaurants and cafes in Istiklal Street. There are much better options nearby to stay at - you have been warned.
